Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the conditions for using the services provided by PeasHome (hereinafter "the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, users are deemed to agree to these Terms.

Article 1: Service Overview

The App is a mobile application that supports family recipe management and shopping collaboration. Users can use features such as recipe creation, sharing, editing, shopping list management, and member collaboration. The App is available in both free and premium (paid) versions.

Article 2: Account Management

  1. Using the App requires registering an account through Firebase authentication.
  2. Users must provide accurate and timely information and are responsible for managing their accounts.
  3. Accounts may not be used illegally by others or transferred.
  4. If users violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts without prior notice.

  1. Users may only publish content for which they own copyright (such as images, recipes, etc.).
  2. Users bear full responsibility for published content, and we assume no responsibility.
  3. We reserve the right to delete illegal or inappropriate content.
  4. Users must ensure uploaded content does not infringe on others' rights.

6.2 Subscription Terms

  1. Subscriptions use Apple's auto-renewal.
  2. If not cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription will auto-renew.
  3. Users can cancel auto-renewal anytime in "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions".
  4. Refunds are not supported after purchase (following Apple's relevant regulations).
  5. After changing devices, subscriptions can be restored via the "Restore Purchases" button.

6.3 Refund Policy

  1. According to Apple's policy, in-app purchases generally do not support refunds.
  2. If technical issues prevent normal service use, users can contact Apple support to request a refund.
  3. If service is interrupted for more than 24 hours due to major app failures, users can request subscription extension as compensation.
  4. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Users should understand and agree to the relevant terms of third-party services.

Article 8: Disclaimer

  1. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of services.
  2. We are not responsible for any losses caused by using the App.
  3. App content may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.
  4. AI analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
  5. OCR recognition may have errors, and users should verify themselves.
  6. The availability and functionality of third-party services may change, and we are not responsible.
  7. Users bear corresponding responsibility for the use of AI analysis results.

Article 9: Service Interruption and Compensation

  1. If service is temporarily interrupted due to technical maintenance or system upgrades, we will notify users 24 hours in advance.
  2. If service is interrupted for more than 24 hours due to force majeure or third-party service failures, we will provide appropriate service compensation.
  3. Compensation methods include but are not limited to: extending subscription periods, providing free usage time, etc.
  4. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes between users and us arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
  2. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in our jurisdiction.
  3. During dispute resolution, both parties should continue to fulfill other terms of these Terms except for the disputed matters.
  4. This clause does not affect users' rights under consumer protection laws.

Article 11: Intellectual Property

  1. Intellectual property rights in the App's design, logo, images, text, programs, etc. belong to us or third parties.
  2. Users may not copy, repost, modify, or redistribute without permission.

Article 12: App Store Terms

  1. The App is distributed through Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
  2. Apple is not responsible for the App's content, functionality, or availability.
  3. Users must comply with Apple's Terms of Use and App Store Review Guidelines.
  4. Subscription services are subject to Apple's auto-renewal terms.

Article 13: Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be notified through the App or official website. Continued use constitutes agreement to changes.

Article 14: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the user's region. In case of disputes, both parties should first resolve through friendly negotiation.
